These terms cover your use of kinmistry.com. Kinmistry is made by OnyxRoot (Onyx Root LLC, a Texas company). By using the site, you agree to them.

What Kinmistry is

Kinmistry connects books, movies, TV, anime, and music through threads: works linked by a shared feeling. It’s free to browse. There are no accounts yet. When they arrive, they’ll be optional, and these terms will be updated to cover them.

What’s ours

The threads are our work. That includes which works we choose, how we connect them, the order they appear in, the thread names, and every line explaining why a work belongs on a thread. It also includes the Kinmistry name, logo, and the design of the site. All of it is owned by OnyxRoot and protected by copyright and other laws.

Book covers, titles, and author names belong to their authors, publishers, and artists. We show them to help you find the works. Showing them doesn’t mean anyone endorses Kinmistry.

What you can do

Browse, save threads, and share links to Kinmistry pages with anyone you like.

What you can’t do

Without our written permission, you may not:

Copy, republish, or redistribute our threads or thread descriptions, in whole or in part, on another site, app, or product.
Scrape, crawl, or harvest the site’s content or data by automated means.
Use any Kinmistry content to train, fine-tune, test, or improve an artificial intelligence or machine learning model, or feed it into one to create datasets, summaries, or similar content.
Present our threads as your own, or build a competing service from them.
Interfere with the site, get around its protections, or inflate save counts.

Sharing a link to a thread is always fine.

No guarantees

We work to keep Kinmistry accurate and available, but we provide it “as is.” We don’t promise it will always be online, error-free, or complete. Details like publication years and genres can be wrong; tell us and we’ll fix them.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, OnyxRoot isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from your use of Kinmistry, or from anything on a site we link to.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top. Using the site after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
